We provide extraordinary benefits for individuals facing economic challenges. Through our program, most clients save over $2,000 when buying or selling a home. When factoring in savings from lenders, title companies, and home inspectors, the benefits surpass the usual standards.

When a client works with a real estate specialist within our program to buy or sell a home, they receive a check equivalent to 0.6% of the home purchase price. Refinancing a mortgage through our program means discounted lender fees.

Our foundation ensures a portion of our earnings contribute to helping clients in need by awarding grants to local nonprofit charities. For real estate agents and mortgage lenders who want to support the local community, we offer opportunities to join our cause.

Disadvantaged individuals, including those facing financial constraints, can explore significant savings when buying, selling, or refinancing a home in their local area through our program.

Our Homeownership Program requires a minimum gross income of $40,000 and a credit score of 600 or higher. You can check your credit on https://www.creditreport.com/. We also consider alternative credit documentation for those with lower or no credit scores. Check out our Income Guidelines below for detailed information and register with us to learn more.
